I'm a real estate developer and investor operating across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the United States. My work sits at the intersection of finance, design, and construction, turning raw land into assets that perform.
I co-founded Mazia Real Estate Development and Investment in October 2022. Since then, we've developed 7 projects across Riyadh and Dubai, 108 units delivered or underway. I'm involved at every stage: site selection, capital structuring, design coordination, and construction delivery.
My background in civil engineering gave me the technical foundation. My master's degree in real estate from Harvard sharpened the financial lens. The PMP certification brought the discipline of execution. Together, they let me operate with confidence across every phase of a project.
